We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers directly fulfilling your request (e.g. a chauffeur, yacht operator, or restaurant partner) — limited to what's needed to deliver the experience
Stripe, for payment processing, if you complete a paid booking

Data Retention

We retain booking and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us directly.

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted password storage, authenticated access to your account and booking data — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us; we are not liable for delays, errors, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.
